EEMS is open to all medical providers
who have interest in culturally sensitive medicine
and providing care to Eastern European immigrants.
A list of all applicants for memberships will be
submitted for approval to the Board of Director
meetings.
Providing excellent medical services to Eastern
European Medical patients and all other in need,
at the present time EEMS tends to unite more than
150 physicians and allied medical professions and
is governed by a board of director. Participation
is free, charitable tax deductible donations accepted.

Education and Resources: The
EEMS offers a wide range of opportunities for

needs of member physicians.

1. The EEMS advocates
on behalf of the members’ interest regarding
culturally sensitive medicine for patients of
Eastern European origin and all others in need
in areas including patient access and quality
specialist care.
2. Monitor issues at the federal and state levels.

legislative issues.
4. Work to ensure accurate coding and fair reimbursement.

centers for Medicare and Medicaid offices in collaboration
